Brien Johnson, our Continuity of Care Coordinator, has always been passionate about helping others. Originally from just outside Philadelphia, Brien attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia where he studied Graphic Design before realizing that he wanted to make a more meaningful impact on people’s lives.
In 2016, Brien relocated to South Florida and found his calling at Recreate Behavioral Health Network. Starting as a Behavioral Health Technician with Recreate Life Counseling, Brien quickly proved himself as a hard worker and a dedicated team player. He was soon promoted to Case Manager, where he continued to excel and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Brien’s passion for helping others and his dedication to his career led him to his current position as Continuity of Care Coordinator. In this role, Brien is able to assist our patients with setting up aftercare and making sure that they have all the resources they need to succeed after leaving our facility. He is also a bridge between facilities, ensuring that our patients have a seamless transition to their next stage of care.
When he’s not working, Brien can be found on the golf course or playing softball. He is an avid sports fan and is always up for a conversation about his beloved Philadelphia Eagles. Brien’s friendly demeanor and professional approach make him an invaluable member of our team, and we are grateful for his hard work and dedication to our patients’ well-being.
